John Mac Cuish has 27 years experience in the management services industry.  His career began in Student Services at Acadia University where he led the development of an integrated food, beverage and student activity approach on campus.  

In 1986 John joined Marriott Management Services where he held operations positions as Food Service Director and District Manager as well as staff positions as Director of Planning and National Marketing Director.  

In 1993 John was appointed Vice President Operations for the Canadian Division.  He successfully served in that position through the merger with Sodexho. In 2004 he joined Compass Group Canada as Vice President of Chartwells College and University Dining Services.  From there John was promoted to President ESS Canada the remote site services division of Compass Group.

During this journey John has developed a skill set to deliver quality hospitality services for clients in various industries and sectors across Canada.  He believes strongly in the principles of Honesty and Respect for others in all business dealings.  

John’s passion for the industry has always been demonstrated in his creative and innovative solutions for clients.  It was this passion for quality personal service and the desire to serve clients with total business transparency that led John to launch Integrity Management Solutions Inc. in the fall of 2007.  We are a Canadian management services company providing both consulting and day to day on site management.
